Growth or product audits, building an acquisition engine, product discovery and delivery, coaching in-house teams. Missions from 1 to 12 months, on time & materials or fixed price, part-time (2–4 days/week).
Can you help with my GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy?+
Yes, GTM strategy is at the heart of my growth & product missions: segmentation, positioning, acquisition channel selection, pricing, product-market alignment. I can build it from scratch or challenge an existing strategy.

The day rate varies with the context and length of the mission. We'll discuss it concretely during a 30-minute intro call.
Do you work remote or on site?+
Based between Bordeaux and Paris, I work remotely with occasional on-site presence possible, defined together based on the mission's needs.
Which languages do you work in?+
French (native), English (fluent), Arabic (fluent). Past missions across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
How long until my team is autonomous?+
Handover is always the goal. Depending on starting maturity, expect 3 to 6 months to internalize a growth or product mission.
Do you work with impact startups or local governments?+
Yes, a large share of my missions are with impact startups (FoodTech, AgTech) and local governments or public administrations through the beta.gouv ecosystem (CivicTech).
